Much Ado About Nothing
by William Shakespeare

With set and costume design by Ron Nogar, the WOH production carried the audience to Governor Leonato's estate during the summer in Messina, Sicily, in the sixteenth century. With a cast of 15 under the direction of Michael Arcesi, this finely acted comedy delighted audeinces.

Much Ado About Nothing is generally considered one of Shakespeare’s best comedies, because it combines elements of robust hilarity with more serious meditations on honor, shame, and court politics. It is a joyful comedy that ends with multiple marriages, music and dancing and no deaths.
